Submit a online complaint
The Medical Board regulates doctors, physician assistants and the other types of health professionals, but does not have authority to address billing disputes, fee issues, disability ratings, or concerns about hospitals, urgent care centers, or nursing homes.
All complaints filed with the Medical Board are confidential by state law. The Medical Board will review the complaint; however you must provide detailed information regarding the complaint, which will allow us to investigate your concerns.
The Medical Board is required by state law to maintain the confidentiality of all information related to Board investigations. If an investigation is conducted on your complaint, you may be contacted by a Medical Board staff member. The Board will not identify you as the complainant without first obtaining your permission to release your name, in an effort to more thoroughly investigate the complaint.
