Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine Licensure Information
Ohio has licensed osteopathic physicians since 1944. As the practice of osteopathic medicine has changed in the past years, the Board has continued to change and meet its’ mission of regulating the practice of osteopathic medicine in the State of Ohio.
In order to practice osteopathic medicine in Ohio, the individual must be licensed and maintain a current license by the Board. Physician licenses can be verified quickly and easily through the Board’s website.
