Massage Therapy examination

On January 24, 2012, the State Medical Board of Ohio will begin accepting applications from new applicants wishing to obtain a massage therapy license from the State of Ohio.  Interested applicants must have passed the Massage and Bodywork Licensing Examination (MBLEx) administered through the Federation of State Massage Therapy Boards and meet all the requirements for licensure under Ohio law.  The licensure application may be downloaded by clicking on the link below.  Applications may also be requested by sending an e-mail to Med.CT.MT@med.state.oh.us or by calling the Medical Board at 614-466-3934.  The application fee is $150.00.
