4731-22-08 Cancellation of or refusal to issue an emeritus registration.

The board may refuse to issue or may cancel a registrant’s emeritus registration for acts or conduct that the board finds to be a violation of any provision of Chapter 4731. of the Revised Code or this chapter of the Administrative Code. The board’s decision to refuse to issue or to cancel a registrant’s emeritus registration is not subject to appeal under Chapter 119. of the Revised Code. The record of this decision shall not be admissable in any application to reinstate or restore an applicant’s certificate to practice. the board’s decision to refuse to issue or to cancel a registrant’s emeritus registration is a public record but is not a reportable disciplinary action for purposes of the federal national practitioner data bank.
